RED CABBAGE PERFORMANCE

This performance is to be carried out in a kitchen where a red cabbage is available. The performance was done by Fluxus Heidelberg on December 24th 2003.

1. Cut up a red cabbage.

2. Arrange the slices on a plate.

3. Take some slices and make a collage out of them on your hand.

4. Make digital photos of the slices and collages.

5. Publish the photos on the Internet.

6. Cook the red cabbage (with herbs, red wine, unions, etc)

7. Serve the red cabbage to the guests present to the performance.
