PORTRAIT PERFORMANCE

Some performances can only be done with some special skills. In this one you need a partner that is able to make good drawings. The Performance was done in Heidelberg on January 2nd 2004, by Litsa Spathi and Ruud Janssen.

1. Set your partner on a chair.

2. Ask him to sit still for 15 minutes.

3. Take two pieces of paper and a pen with Indian Ink.

4. Make a drawing of your partner when he looks at you and where you imagine him to be in a different role.

5. Make another drawing where you make a profile-portrait of him where you change the hair into a harnas.

6. Digitize the portraits.

7. Publish the portraits on the Internet.
