Fluxus Heidelberg Center

FLUX-MAIL PERFORMANCE

The performance took place in Heidelberg on September 9th 2003. Litsa Spathi and Ruud Janssen (Fluxus Heidelberg) at the Main Postal Office in Heidelberg.

1. Make copies of a presstext that was in the newspaper about your Fluxus-Activities.

2. Sign all the copies.

3. Prepair envelope with Fluxus-stamps and do the signed copies in the envelopes.

4. Address the envelopes to all FLuxus-artists and Fluxus-related artists you know and have mailing-addresses of. For instance: Ken Friedman, Yoko Ono, BuBu, Ben Vautier, Sol Nte, Klaus Groh, Larry Miller, Geoffrey Hendricks, Alison Knowles, Nam June Paik, Larry Miller, John Held Jr. and John M. Bennett.

5. Don't send an envelope to the dead Fluxus-artists like: Dick Higgins, Joseph Beuys, George Maciunas, Marcel Duchamp, John Cage, Guillermo Deissler, John Lennon, Robin Crozier, Edgardo-Antonio Vigo, Cavellini and Ray Johnson.

6. Send one envelope to a member of your family.

7. Document all activities with photo's.

8. Publish the photos on the Internet.
